Not yet. They're supposed to decide if they have enough proof. So we'll see... but 2010 is gonna be one hell of a crappy year.

We would merely be soulless zombies walking aimlessly in search of whatever it is zombies look for.  :boohoo:

I thought I read that Katherine and Joe were going sue jointly, or was that on a different suit?

Joe's done so many mistakes it could be laughable if it wasnt so dangerous. Starting with hiring Ox again...  :wtf:

  @ 2010/2011 debate...in Ben's defense...2010 has been QUITE CRAPPY!

Boy am I relieved that I misunderstood you Ben. How ANYBODY could trust in Brian Oxman is beyond me.

I don't know what I find more comical...the fact that Joe hired Brian Oxman...or that Brian Oxman actually believes he has any shot in hell proving his weak case!

Furthermore, it upsets me and concerns me that any attention drawn to the civil suits and the overexposure to the criminal case that would result from those proceedings could end up landing Murray a mistrial by means of a tainted jury.   :banghead:

Junky,

I will agree the timing isn't the best at all. The OJ civil suit didn't start until the criminal trial was over.
