STATEMENT ABOUT DONATING TO CHARITIES IN MICHAEL'S NAME
from the MJ ONLINE TEAM

Statement by Estate: "We all know how much Michael cared about children and children's charities, among his many causes, and we also know that many of Michael's fans want to honor him by making charitable donations or volunteering their time to help others. We have received many inquiries from concerned and caring fans looking for information to help them in making their choices in this regard.

Although we are not at liberty to provide any details at the present time, we can say that the Executors are very much looking forward to sharing with the fans (and the world at large) the way in which they intend to implement Michael's wishes under his will to have a certain portion of his estate benefit children's charities. The process is underway but there are many steps that have to be taken before the announcement can be made. Bear with us, keep your faith, commitment and patience.

Just know that this is an important concern and focus for the Estate, and to this point, there are no "Estate-authorized" charities. The Estate will officially announce any organizations that it will be endorsing when the determination has been made.

Again, thank you for your support and passion. It’s critical to Michael’s continuing legacy that he have the fans in his corner, supporting the Estate as they work to continue to share Michael’s art with future generations."

STATEMENT ABOUT THE VARIOUS FAN PROJECTS TO FUND & BUILD A MICHAEL JACKSON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL
FROM THE MJ ONLINE TEAM

The Estate can only pass on to fans "is that any statement from Ms. Kunesh indicating 'that they are in current and promising negotiations with the Estate to get approval for their project' or similar, is inaccurate.'"

The Estate also asked that fans please re-read a previously released statement regarding charities and the Michael Jackson Estate:

"We all know how much Michael cared about children and children's charities, among his many causes, and we also know that many of Michael's fans want to honor him by making charitable donations or volunteering their time to help others. We have received many inquiries from concerned and caring fans looking for information to help them in making their choices in this regard.

As some of the fans know, the “Bad” Remix by Afrojack reached #2 on the UK Dance chart and it is currently climbing up the US Dance charts.  It is definitely getting spun in the clubs!

We’re looking for more chart successes for Bad25 in the coming weeks, so make sure to leave your reviews on retailer websites, tell your friends, and spread the word about Bad25!

Best,

Hello:

We thank you for all the feedback and especially the positive comments about Bad25!  We understand, however, that many of the packages that were shipped of the deluxe “suitcase” version of the release arrived at their destinations damaged.  We have also been informed that response to the concerns and replacement of the packages has been slower than what is acceptable to the fans.

We want to assure you that Sony and its manufacturing and shipping partners have received your complaints and are working diligently to address each instance of a damaged package and replace it.  We apologize for the delay. Sony is currently working to implement a system to fix the problems more efficiently, and thanks your for your patience.

Best,

MJOnline

The Executors of Michael’s Estate were shocked to learn of the attempt to sell Michael’s medical records.  Immediately upon the information being brought to their attention, the Estate’s lawyers were directed to send an appropriate letter to the auction house and are taking all steps possible to ensure that these private records remain private.

Best Regards,

MJOnline

Message From The Estate Confirming Medical Documents Removed From Auction
Monday 3 December

We are pleased to confirm that Michael Jackson's medical records have been taken down from the website and are NO LONGER being auctioned.

The auction house promptly responded to the request from the Estate's lawyers, and the removal of the documents from the auction has been confirmed.
